Our continuous improvement-oriented efforts to provide you with better quality service within SZA Omics will gain strength with your suggestions and requests. Complaints received from you are evaluated within this scope and the process is managed with impartiality, confidentiality and customer-oriented approach at every step of the process.

You can submit your suggestions, requests and complaints by filling out the form below and/or verbally via our +90 (216) 570 20 00 phone line. When your suggestions, requests and complaints reach us verbally and / or in writing, they are first forwarded to the Quality Department, by the Quality Department to our relevant departments according to the content of the subject, evaluated and analyzed by the relevant department, Quality Department and Senior Management and feedback is provided to you within 10 business days.
